Compared to the awareness objective, video view’s eCPM—effective cost per 1,000 impressions—tends to be higher because you are paying for more qualified users.
Recommendation: If CPV efficiency is important to your brand, set the maximum cost per view bid to the value that a view action is worth to your business. Avoid setting an overly aggressive CPV bid, because an inflated bid can lead to high cost at lower performance.
